El trabajo es como agente telefónico para el área de soporte técnico en el call center, la función es recibir las llamadas de los clientes de Izzi que presentan fallas en su servicio de Internet, teléfono o descodificador de canales, esto es para brindarles el soporte técnico para que ellos mismos puedan resolver la falla, ya si no podemos resolver la falla en conjunto con el cliente de manera remota se mandaría a un técnico al domicilio.
